how to place an order
Orders can only be placed on our website. Once you have chosen your item, simply click “add to cart” on the product page. To proceed with your order, head to your cart in the top right-hand corner and select “checkout”. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit), Paypal, Apple Pay and American Express. Payments are charged in British Pound Sterling (GBP). We do not store your card data and do not have access to this information as your payment goes directly to your payment processor’s services.
Products not available
If you are looking for a product that is sold out or not available, please get in touch.
Shipping times and cost
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. If you would like to place an order using normal (non-tracked) delivery, please specify when placing your order. We will not be liable for any orders lost in transit when using non-tracked services.
Refunds
The handmade process is what makes each and every piece unique and special. When something is made by hand, it produces natural imperfections which we accept for what they are. Imperfections are to be expected and slight variances may occur between colour, shape and size. If you have any problems with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours.
